Q. About the event?
A. You can come to the event just to shop, or you can add on wine tasting for a small fee. Both admission types will allow you to mix and mingle with NWA friends and families and enjoy the live music and food. Expect to find seating, food, great finds for holiday gift giving, all in a fun and intimate setting.

Q. What is the parking situation?
A. We have coordinated free parking in the St. Mary's Cathedral parking lot. Entrance is on NW Davis Street & 18th and is a 3-minute walk to Chown. (Please reserve the Chown parking lot for our volunteers and vendors.)

Q. Are children or students allowed at the event?
A. This event is for persons 21 years of age or older.

Q. Is there a dress code?
A. There's no dress code. Come as you are, this is a casual event.

Q. I purchased wine at the event. Where and when do I pick it up?
A.All wine purchased at the event will be available for pick up at Northwest Academy in the Plaza Building. We will have wines ready by November 17th, if not sooner. An email notification regarding pickup will be sent out to everyone who purchased wine.

Q. I'm not able to attend the event. Can I still purchase wine?
A. Yes! We are accepting orders of 3+ bottles over the phone. Call our development department to place your order, 503-223-3367 x310.

Q. Is the art available for purchase online?
A. While we don't offer online art purchases, you can learn more about each vendor by visiting their websites or contacting them via email.
