Q. Are children allowed at the event?
A. This event is for persons 21 years of age or older.

Q. Am I required to wear a mask?
A. Mask wearing is optional but highly recommended while not eating or drinking. This is subject to change depending on the rate of infection during the cold/flu/COVID season.

Q. What is the dress code?
A. Wear what you like. This is a casual event (and it's Portland!), so jeans, business attire, and the like are just fine.

Q. What COVID precautions does the venue have in place?
A. The Loft at 8th Avenue has 5,000+ sq. ft. of indoor space and 3,500+ of outdoor space. Hospital-grade HEPA air filters are installed on all HVAC in the building and their entire staff is fully vaccinated. Retractable doors to the outside patio will be open during the event for increased air flow and sanitization stations will be placed around the space.

Q. I'm not able to attend the event. Can I still purchase wine or artwork?
A. Yes and no. Wine is available for purchase online. Click on the "Online Marketplace" button to view the selection. Vendors are only selling items in-person. However, you can support them by shopping directly from their websites. Find wine and vendor information on the Online Marketplace.

Q. Is the Online Marketplace an auction?
A. No, it is an online store only. You may be confused on the "Get Started" page where it asks you to become a bidder. This is only to set up your payment information. After you do that, click on the "Start Bidding" button and you will be able to peruse the catalog. If you have questions about this, contact the development office.
