Q. Where is the event?
A. For a second year, we will be at AVENUE (631 NE Grand Avenue) in the Lloyd Event District, one block east of the Oregon Convention Center in NE Portland.
Q. Where do I park?
A. Nearby public parking options include two large parking garages, multiple surface parking lots, and 500+ metered street parking spaces all within 3-blocks of the venue. See map of transportation and parking options here.
Q. What time does the event begin?
A. Registration for regular ticket holders opens at 5:30 pm. Purchase tickets in advance as they will not be available at the door. Pro-tip: You will be able to pre-register for the event. Look for a text/email that will be sent the day of the event and save time at registration.
Q. What should I wear to the Gala?
A. Theme-related and cocktail attire is encouraged. Anything from woodland forest animals, to royalty, witches, and all forms of magical creatures - we love to see how you will choose to express yourselves!
Q. Will there be a silent auction?
A. Yes! There will be an online silent auction (anyone can bid) as well as an in-person Super Silent auction (for auction guests). The online silent auction opens Wednesday, February 26. Look for an email on that day for how to bid.
Q. I'm not able to attend the live auction. Can I proxy bid?
A. Yes you can! If you are not able to attend the Gala but would still like to support this event by bidding on a live auction item, please contact our development office.
