Gala FAQs
Q. Where is the event?
A. We will be at the Hilton Portland Downtown located at 921 SW 6th Avenue in downtown Portland.
Q. How do I get to the venue?
A. Public transportation options and directions to the hotel available HERE.
Q. Where do I park?
A. Limited valet parking is available through Hilton Portland Downtown. There are also three paid lots and paid street parking near the venue. Lyft, Uber, town car, taxi, and public transportation are also good options. Evening parking rates begin at 5:00 pm.
Q. What time does the event start?
A. Registration opens at 6:00 pm. (Save time and register early! Look for a text/email sent that day.) Enter through the 6th Ave. or Broadway entrances, take the escalators down to the ballroom and the registration tables will be around the corner.
Q. What should I wear to the Gala?
A. Cocktail and theme-related attire is encouraged. This year's theme is Studio 25 - A Silver Celebration. Think Studio 54, Disco, anything silver and sparkly, or any festive attire.
Q. Do I need to wear a mask at the event?
A. No, masks are optional.
Q. Will there be a silent auction?
A. Yes! There will be an online silent auction, as well as an in-person Super Silent auction. We will also have Silver Mystery Bags and a Balloon Pop game at the event. To bid online, go to the online auction. (You will need to create an account if you don't already have one.)
Q. I'm not able to attend the auction. Can I proxy bid instead?
A. Yes! If you are not able to attend the Gala, but would still like to support this fundraiser by bidding on a live auction item, please contact our development office.
